Februari 13th 2011 Patrik Lilja was awarded the Yoshinken Menkyo grade Oku-iri (Ni-dan) by Sensei Marshall McDonagh.

Patrik joined the Yoshinken Gothenburg group in 2005, at a time when he already had a long experience of different martial arts. We congratulate Patrik for achieving his new grade.

March 12th 2011 David Stenqvist was awarded the Yoshinken Menkyo grade Oku-iri (Sho-dan) by Sensei Marshall McDonagh. David has been with us for many years.

During his absence abroad in China and Bulgaria he kept up his Yoshinken training. We congratulate David for achieving his new grade, and we are also very pleased to have an additional Oku-iri among us.
