The book release of Sensei Marshall's 2nd book was a little delayed due to illness and an the ongoing pandemic.

The meeting was held outdoors on 27/6-2020 in Hagaparken with a safe distance between the participants.

Oyama Karate Kai turned 50 years as a club last year and Sensei Marshall McDonagh, the club's founder has written a book and documented the club's first 20 years during his time as club leader.

Members from all eras were present and there were many dear memories shared. The book is not just a look back at OKK's history, but a document of Sweden's karate history when we competed and interacted with all styles in the 60-70s.

It is quite unique with all the great budokas of modern Budo / Wushu that have visited the club and Sensei Marshall during the first 20 years of the clubs history.
